Prior to founding The DAYE Firm, Anthony was Of Counsel for Weintraub Tobin Chediak Coleman Grodin. Anthony also spent several years serving as Senior Counsel for Jackson Lewis, one of the largest and most prestigious Labor and Employment law firms in America. During his tenure with the Weintraub and Jackson Lewis firms, Anthony defended and counseled corporate clients of all sizes as well as insurance companies in all types of employment matters and business disputes. Additionally, Anthony worked full time as on-site, in-house counsel for a firm client with over 8,000 employees worldwide. Anthony has been selected by California SuperLawyers as a Rising Star, a distinction reserved for the top 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40.. Anthony earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School Of Law in 2007 focusing primarily on Labor and Employment law. While a student, Anthony interned at the University of San Francisco School of Law Mediation Clinic. He also represented clients in mediations and hearings before the EEOC, DFEH and the California Labor Board.. Born in North Carolina, Anthony grew up in the Chicago area and Southern California. In his free time, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He also enjoys working on his classic cars and rooting for the University of Southern California Trojan football team, where he played from 1998 to 2003. As a Trojan, Anthony was a member of the 2002 Pac-10 Championship team which was victorious in the 2003 FedEx Orange Bowl.
